Refund Policy

Before placing an order, please make sure that you have read, understood and accepted these following policies.

REPLACEMENT

We accept the replacement on products that were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Full replacement can be applied if the parcel is not delivered within our promised delivery time frame.

 

Note: Our policy may last 15 days from arrival date especially fragile products. If 15 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or replacement.

    To complete your replacement, kindly fill in this claim form  or email us with the following information:

    • Photo of the shipping label
    • Photo and/or video of the damaged or defective item.

    Please note that the most optimal pictures should be taken on a flat surface, with the tag and error of the items clearly displayed. We’ll send you replacements as soon as we confirm the situation, no need to return the defective ones. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in the future.

    RETURN POLICY

    For defective or damaged products, please fill in this claim form or contact our support to arrange a refund or replacement. zoneagle won’t be responsible if customers return packages on their own.

     

     

    REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

    You have 12 hours of the same day to cancel your order. If you try to cancel your order after you received a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been packaged and shipped out to you.

    For products are on sale: Only apply partial refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable as we shipped the item out.

    If your refund request is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Kindly note that it can take 3 working days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your card issuer) after the refund has been processed.

    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (3-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

    CANCEL ORDER

    You can only cancel your order within 12 hours from purchasing time. Please be informed that a processing and transaction fee (10-15% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.

    Full refund only applies to switch orders. Once you place new orders, our system will automatically cancel old orders and refund 100%.

    EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

    If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@zoneagle.com. If your exchange request is approved, we ask that you are responsible for all shipping & tracking costs for exchanges.
